About Richard Easther 

As a scientist, I work in astrophysics and cosmology – my research covers questions about the evolution of the universe from the Big Bang through to the present day and into the infinite future, and the connection between these problems and particle physics we do not currently understand.

As a person, I am a New Zealander – I grew up in Hamilton, studied at the University of Canterbury and worked in Japan and the United States for close to two decades before moving home in 2011.
